Pay Rate: $12.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Day Shift)
Job Summary
A manufacturing company in the Augusta, GA area is seeking dependable Production Operators to join its growing team. This position is responsible for assisting with the operation of production equipment, assembling products, and ensuring quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery and equipment according to company procedures.
- Assemble and package products according to specifications.
- Inspect materials and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all workplace safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Meet daily production targets and maintain productivity standards.
- Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced manufacturing setting.
- Standing for most of the shift.
- Exposure to machinery, moving equipment, and production materials.
